Aircall, a customer communication and intelligence platform, appointed Tom Chen as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Alan Talanoa as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The pair will work together to help grow and strengthen Aircall’s small and medium-sized business (SMB)-focused product.
Most recently, Chen served as CPO at Humu and brings more than a decade of experience in B2B software. As Aircall’s CPO, he will work to spearhead the company’s product strategy, foster an innovative mindset across the company and elevate the customer experience.
Talanoa previously held the CTO title at Humu and brings an “abundance” of leadership and expertise in the tech industry, according to Aircall. He will be responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, where he will direct a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative products and solutions for SMBs.
